Totalcare Rental Services are a division of the Xiprer Property Group SL, a Spanish based and British owned property management company. All the properties we rent are privately owned and have been furnished and equipped for the owners' own use, as such you will find they have everything you need for a “home from home” holiday in the sun. We manage every one of these homes 52 weeks a year and our pool men, gardeners, cleaners and maintenance staff look after the properties' facilities, ensuring each property is in tip-top condition ready for your stay.

Most importantly Totalcare Rental Services are a LEGAL rental business, the company and all the properties on this website are registered with the Valencian Tourist Authority and have been inspected to ensure they conform to strict presentation and safety standards. We have offices in the local town of Benitachell with English and Spanish speaking staff who deal with your booking from enquiry to arrival, organising additional services such as car hire, cots, high chairs etc, and will remain available after your arrival to arrange baby sitting, attraction tickets, water sports – in fact anything you need to make your holiday more enjoyable.

Totalcare housekeeping staff will be on hand to settle you into your holiday home and be available during your stay to offer advice and help with any problems which may arise. There is also be a Totalcare information book in your rental home providing comprehensive information on the facilities of the property and the area, including local restaurants and attractions.

We realise by booking a villa or apartment you are planning a self dependant holiday, but feel there is a big difference between independence and being left to fend for yourself. By booking with Totalcare you have all the benefits of staying in a private home, with the backup that only an experienced local business can provide.
