Q:  Who are Totalcare Rental Services?
A:  Totalcare Rental Services are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Xiprer Property Group SL, a British owned property management company, based in Benitachell a small town on the Costa Blanca near to Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe.  
We manage a number of privately owned apartments, villas, villas with pools and also our "Luxury Collection" to give you a very special holiday. 
 
Q:  Who owns the property?
A:  All holiday rental properties on this website are owned by UK residents who have bought and furnished them for their own use.
 
Q:  Can the property be legally rented?
A:  To legally rent a property in Spain it must be registered with the local Tourist Authority. Both Xiprer Property Group SL and all the holiday rental properties on this web site are registered with the Valencian Tourist Authority and have been inspected to ensure they conform to strict presentation and safety standards.
 
Q:  Can you also organise car hire?
A:  The Totalcare office can arrange numerous additional services designed to make your holiday hassle free. These include car hire and airport transfers - baby items such as cots, highchairs, sterilizing equipment, child minding - welcome food packs - attraction tickets - etc.
 
Q:  How do I find the property?
A:  Totalcare will send you directions to your holiday villa or apartment when your final payment is received. You will be asked to telephone our housekeeper as you leave the airport, and dependant on time of arrival, you will either be met at the property or informed on the location of the keys. Your Totalcare housekeeper will be available to instruct you on the use of the facilities, and to deal with any problems which may arise. In addition the Totalcare office is available to provide additional information regarding the local area and it's attractions.
 
Q: When will I get my breakages deposit back?
A:  Totalcare will repay your deposit, after cleaning and inspecting the property, direct to your UK bank account within 14 days of you vacating the property.
