A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance plus a 300 euro damages deposit due eight weeks before arrival. Two week bookings receive an interim linen change, additional cleaning and linen can be arranged and paid for locally.
This is the perfect property for those looking for a beachor activity holiday without the need to drive. Located in a modern development, within easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Calpe's beautiful seafront, this attractive town house offers spacious comfortable accomodation for larger groups of family or friends.
The property is entered through a remote controlled gate to a secure parking area and courtyard. The house is very well laid out and decorated to the highest levels. From the entrance hall there is a well equipped kitchen with every modern convenience, and a ground floor cloak room. This leads to a large attractively furnished lounge/diner with television and DVD player. Patio doors open out to a fenced garden area with sunbeds, outside dining furniture, bbq, and access to the beautiful communal gardens and large swimming pool.
Sleeping accomodation is on the upper two floors. On the first floor is the double master bedroom with en-suite facilities and private terrace, two spacious twin bedrooms, and a further family shower room. On the upper floor is a further studio room with sofa bed, and access to a lovely rooftop terrace with views of the pool and surrounding countryside.
Calpe has everything you would need for a family holiday. For the more active there are numerous watersports available from the beach and harbour including boat and jetski hire, diving, windsurfing and banana boats. For the less adventurous why not just relax over a long lunch at one of the many promenade seafood restaurants and watch the world pass by.
This property is particularily desirable for the larger family group who do not wish to hire a car. Calpe has everything a holidaymaker could possibly want, and with the town centre and beaches less than 1km away it's all within walking distance.
