Within a ten minute drive you will find the lively coastal town of Javea and cosmopolitan Moraira, both offering a wonderful array of bars, shops, and restaurants. Here you will find numerous watersports including jetski and speedboat hire, scuba diving, and some some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.

The villa is accessed by a secure gate with entryphone system, and has offroad parking behind a remote controlled gate.

Inside the villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, including air conditioning and underfloor heating, making it ideal for both summer and winter lets. There is a large comfortable lounge/diner with satellite tv and a spacious kitchen with every modern convenience. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate guest cloakroom. Upstairs is a beautiful master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with patio doors leading to a private terrace enjoying magnificent views over Benitachell and the local countryside towards Montgo. The lovely private pool (which can be heated for an extra charge) is surrounded by spacious open terraces with an outside shower, sunbeds, and an excellent bbq for dad to practice his cooking skills.
